In 2009, we finally tied the knot in Umbria, and at the same time fell head over heels in love with Italy: the people, the culture and, most importantly, the food. Market-fresh produce, effortlessly simple cooking, and the long family lunches that never seemed to end. There’s a romance and passion woven into Italian cookery, and it’s something that truly stays with you.
These memories and experiences inspired us to create Bosco. Nothing back home came close to that connection between food and people, and from that moment on, everything became an attempt to bottle that feeling: our love letter to Italian dining

A decade on, Bosco has grown from a single pizzeria into a small family of trattorias, each one true to everything we love about Italy’s food and culture.
We source the finest ingredients from the markets of Milan and Naples, whilst also being champions of local produce. Everything, from our pizza dough to our arancini, is made fresh in-house each day.
We pride ourselves in cultivating an atmosphere amongst our staff that keeps customers returning day in, day out. Our restaurants are lively, warm, and full of energy.
We play the music we love, serve a Negroni to write home about, but most importantly, serve honest, heartfelt food from the soul of Italy
